1. Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply add your preferred item(s) to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the payment form. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes are possible only before the order is shipped.
Email us immediately at support@walvex.store with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as they haven’t shipped yet.
Once shipped, the return policy applies.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Walvex currently ships within the United States only.
What are the shipping rates?
We offer Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $6.99 on all U.S. orders.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Walvex may ship orders through trusted U.S. carriers, depending on availability and destination.
Your shipment may use any of these depending on your location and package type.
How long does shipping take?
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Transit Time: 4–6 business days
- Total Estimate Delivery Time: 5–8 business days total
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
If tracking shows no movement for 72 hours, contact us at support@walvex.store and we will check the shipment status.
What if my package is delayed?
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or high-volume periods.
We will monitor your shipment and assist if needed.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Is the original shipping fee refunded?
The $6.99 flat shipping fee is non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
